After I...I hardly ever re-season my cast iron pans. After I wash them ( or do a salt and lemon cleaning) I just take a bit of oil and with a piece of paper towel give the inside a good rub around. I always used salt and a lemon when cleaning them...works wonders.<br />I have loved seeing your beautiful teacups...
