Happy new week! It is the last full week in July and I for one will not be too sad to turn the calendar page. Although August may very well be just as hot as July has been. Actually we've had a few days that have been cooler so I shouldn't complain.
Not many people out walking this morning. I thought the clouds were so pretty.
Yesterday we walked at Willband Park. This picture of the water with Mt Baker barely visible in the clouds was not taken by me. A fellow walker took it. It's a beautiful place to walk.
That it for today. Thanks for visiting.
I'm working on the peace, joy, and love. :-/
ReplyDeleteI am also enjoying the cooling trend.
Gorgeous photos and reflections! And I love the illustration and verse at the end of your post.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos of a beautiful area.
ReplyDeleteThat park is beautiful. I cannot believe July is about over. Where has the time gone?!
ReplyDeleteI sure do like the cloud pictures. Looks like you had a great morning walk.
ReplyDeleteThat really looks like a lovely place to walk. I didn't realize how close to Mt. Baker you are. It is really hot here too. Humid. Bleh. Hopefully by tomorrow we'll be into the mountains enough to have lower humidity.
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
Beautiful scenery! Yes, July has zipped past. Its almost Christmas. (: I took advantage of a breezy cool morning to mow, edge, trim shrubs, and other outdoor things. I am very much tired out!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful walk. We have had some really lovely weather the past few days today was perfect. We will be downright chilly tonight.

Agreed, happy to say goodbye to July! At least today was finally a bit cooler and less humid. So grateful for such little things.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful morning walk. It's hard to believe that we're heading towards the end of July already.
ReplyDeleteThat last picture is so cute Granny. Reminds me of a little cookie jar! In our area July is the hottest month of summer.
