Another Morning, Another Walk

We walked in heavy fog this morning.

The sun began to come through as we left the parking lot at the lake. Someone had left their truck overnight and it had been vandalized. Police were already there; we assume they were waiting for a tow truck to arrive.

Now, afternoon, the sun is shining and every particle of dust in the house is clearly to be seen. It's obvious that I must vacuum. And clean the windows. Not my favourite chores to do but we do what we have to, right?

Take care. Thanks for coming by.

  4. The fog and mist is beautiful. It's too bad people have to vandalize things and ruin others' belongings. I hope they are caught.
There is always something to be done isn't there?
    Blessings,

  5. Hi G.M. - That sure is some Fog! Love Fogs- though not driving in it. Seems you have some vandals there- sad, how a minority don't respect other peoples property nor know how to behave. We once had our Letterbox kicked over here- though that is the only thing that has happened in a space of 40 years- so we're not doing to badly. Hope you are well and safe there. Regards. KEV.

  8. Too bad about the pickup. Someone probably had engine trouble to leave it there in the first place. The spider web is magnificent! I wish I was like you and got around to washing windows, lol. Pretty fog pictures! Have a great Christmas!

  9. Oh, I left a reply to your comment on my blog. I was confessing that I only have 9 grands from my biological kids, so I've cheated a bit to get to 18! (Only 5 live within visiting distance.) I know we're thankful for what we have, right? Hugs!

  13. So sad about the truck! Such wicked people in this world. I hope they realize that God don't like ugly. Girl, I need to clean my house and do my windows too. Mercy! I do hope your Christmas season is going well. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

  14. Love your photo but hate seeing how people treat one another. I'm sure the people that left the truck there over night only did it because they couldn't drive it home for one reason or another, then to have their troubles compounded by cruel people is shameful.
