from Nature Diary of an Edwardian Lady
Crocuses are opening. Looks like they are mainly purple with a few clumps of white. I think I may have some yellow ones in the front yard. The bees are busily visiting one flower after another.
We attended an Open House for DH's brother's 80th birthday. It makes Saturday feel more like a Sunday. It doesn't take much for me to get my days of the week mixed up.
Otherwise not much to blog about.
Thanks for coming by.
The Crocuses look so pretty! I know what you mean about mixing up days. I sometimes have to look at my phone to make sure what day it is!
ReplyDeleteHappy March to you.
ReplyDeleteAlways nice to see crocus in bloom.
All the best Jan
Thanks for the March flowers.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love those crocus. So pretty and delicate. It was 63 yesterday and 31 today! But another warm up is supposed to begin tomorrow. I have a hard time remembering days too since we retired. I always know it's Sunday because of church and with Hubby's volunteering on Tuesday and Wednesdays at the mission. That helps, but I still forget! It's a nice problem to have.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
Happy March! I love Crocuses sooooo much! What a lovely sign of Spring! Lucky you.
ReplyDeleteThe Diary of an Edwardian Lady takes me back! She was everywhere at one time - but her lovely book is timeless.
ReplyDeleteDo you use those saffron flowers for seasoning?
ReplyDeleteSO PRETTY, ALL THESE LOVELY SIGNS OF SPRING ARE SO HOPEFUL.
ReplyDeleteCan't believe you've got flowers blooming already. You're some distance north of us, and we still have piles of snow!
