This and That

The first of March and it seems we're having a very wet day and a wet month. I hope the weather forecasters are wrong. It happens often enough. I crave sunshine!
I did manage a walk after lunch when there was a respite from the deluge. Hardly anyone was in the park. I noticed that the Swallows are back, diving so gracefully over the lake catching whatever it is they eat. ( gnats maybe?)

Henny Penny over at Henny Penny Lane posts photos of her large rabbit Bun Bun from time to time. I thought I'd get some pics of Clover who lives with my son and his family in "the other half of the house".  I'm not sure how Bun Bun and Clover would look side by side... who would be the bigger one. Clover is strictly an indoor bunny and spends most of her time in her cage.

Oh look!  Someone wants to see what's going on. This is Meadow....

and this is Ivy. Between the two of them they have really wrecked their cat tree. It's quite something when both cats take off full speed and scramble all the way to the top. Nowadays they hardly both fit on the platform.

If you don't much like animals this post was not for you I'm afraid.

Thanks for visiting today.

  1. My big 15 pound cat is sitting on my lap, reluctantly sharing some space with mp laptop. Pets are good.

    1. Although the cats are in the house they don't have access to "my" part, mainly because they don't leave houseplants alone or any dangly pretties of which I have too many!

  5. I've never had a cat before, but I am rather attached to my doggy. Clover is adorable. We had a few rabbits when our boys were younger.
I hope the sun shines on you soon.
