This and That
My lunch was extra yummy because my salad included sliced pear and Feta cheese. Tomatoes and cucumbers from my tiny garden and my favourite... Butter lettuce. Isn't it neat how you can buy it with the root ball still attached? Too bad it has to be in a largish clear 'bowl' which means more plastic even if it does go in recycle.
This week's "job" of washing tea cups continues. I did another 40 this morning. The table topper is off center because that's where the unwashed tea cups waited for their turn in the soapy sink. the clean ones are on the counter.
This cupboard has been wiped and is ready for clean tea cups to be put back.
There! Anbother bunch done. Now it's time to take a break and enjoy the warm sunshine.
I hope the sun is shining where you live and that you are enjoying it.
Thanks for taking time to visit today... Granny Marigold

You have a beautiful tea cup collection!
ReplyDeletePaulette
Wow, you have been very busy! Your teacups look lovely.
ReplyDeleteThe sun is shining here and we are having a cooler day today.
Have a good weekend!
Do you ever use any of those lovely cups to enjoy a cup of tea?
ReplyDeleteYes, I do but they're so small and I like a BIG cuppa! So if I use the pretty ones I keep the tea pot right close by.
DeleteYou have certainly been busy, a beautiful collection. I loved the Royal Albert Country Roses one, I have collected the full set over many years.
ReplyDeleteI inherited my Mother's Old Country Roses set and went on to buy more so that I have 13 full place settings. I still love that pattern.
DeletePears are always good in a salad! We are enjoying those too. What a pretty selection of tea cups. I also have a full set of Old Country Roses that I inherited from my MIL. You said you have the same dehydrator as me. If you ever want to sell it, let me know!
ReplyDeleteAnd this is why I love to look at other people's tea cups. I would be too lazy to do all that washing on a regular basis. Mine would be very dusty, lol. They look lovely! I too require a large mug for tea and coffee. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou have a really nice collection of tea cups. How long have you been collecting? Do you take turns using each one? Nancy
ReplyDeleteVery pretty tea cup and saucer collection! :)
ReplyDeleteLove all your cups/saucers! Looking at them I realize how much I still love the Old Country Roses! Chris
