Christmas decor packed away

 I was visiting Liz over at Shortbread & Ginger, a blog I've only recently discovered, and she posted about rearranging her dresser. I said that I'd take a picture of what my sideboard looks like now that all traces of Christmas have been removed.  So here it is.  Blogger decided to put the picture of my dollhouse first. All Christmas decorations are taken down ( except I see I forgot the wreath on the door). I left the 'snow' because we could still get some.

    Oh, Blogger... it has a mind of its own! Your sideboard looks lovely. Our tree and some Christmas is still up here as we have one more Christmas to have and I'm not taking it down until we do!

    Blogger has definitely been doing it's own thing lately. I really like your sideboard. All Christmas is put away and Valentine's day is out.

    I find your dollhouse so fascinating - do you have it all furnished?
    Your dresser top looks lovely with that colourful collection of chinaware. It is lovely when you can put things out on display and enjoy them every day :)

    You made free places for new inspirations in the new year! And new decorations enjoy all your familymembers!

    I also have removed my Christmastree, it lost a lot of needles. Instead of the Christmastree I put some trees, selfmade fom iron, and some candles. Christmas-time here lasts in the churchs until 2nd February, it's called "day of light".

    You always make nice decorations in your lovely house!

    Hi Granny M. All our Christmas Decorations have been put away along with the numerous Christmas Cards- our last card to arrive took ages in the Post from Chicago USA to reach Sydney -and didn't arrive until yesterday. Love your Colonial Sideboard. Regards. KEV.

    It looks lovely!The flowers and color on the teapots bring thoughts of spring. Christmas was put away yesterday here. Right now I saw that there is an empty shelf where one nativity was. I have forgot to put back what should be there :D
