My Amaryllis "Nymph" is opening. So far two open flowers and a number of buds. It's not as showy as the red ones ( which are dormant right now) but pretty nevertheless.
Relax and have a great week!!

You amaryllis looks lovely. I had one a couple of years ago. This year I looked for paper whites (they smell so good!) but I couldn't find any. And the amaryllis I found were looking a little sad, so no Christmas plant for me this year!
ReplyDeleteYour amaryllis blooms are more ruffled than my "Nymph" in bloom - lucky you! Enjoy!

What lovely blooms and interesting calendar information :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for stopping by my blog. I have missed all my sweet blogging friends, but truly needed my sick leave break. Wishing you a wonderful Christmas.

very pretty! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely, and it must be happy there. It hasn't grown tall and lanky like mine usually do.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! My red one is really putting on a show. I had never grown one until this year and the instructions for adding what they called "planting matter" were funny. It's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteAny Amaryllis is beautiful to me! If I had room I'd definitely grow them!
ReplyDeletePretty Amaryllis. I always wanted a red Amaryllis for Christmas season. They are expensive here and so the" Scrooge Syndrome" always wins over my desire. Perhaps next year!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty flower! Have a great Christmas, dear! :)
