I woke up thinking today was going to be a tidying up kind of day. I wanted to end the month with my house in order. That included changing some of the 'decor' that I had put out with Valentines day in mind. The pink pretties were put away and blue things gathered to replace them.
I dusted the sideboard and lined up a few tea pots. The one on the right is a recent thrifty find.
Supper was simple, soup and a bun.
Thanks for visiting! Happy first day of March!!

ReplyDeleteYour new blue decorations feel so springy!
ReplyDeleteYou do pretty so well.
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty teapots. While we were out looking in antique shops the pretty tea cups reminded me of you. :)
ReplyDeleteYou look so spring like now! Love your arrangements! :)
ReplyDeleteAll of your spring things look so pretty. I noticed that you also changed out the cards on the board behind them. Are they vintage postcards? Everything looks lovely and I love those little shoes. :) Love your teapots.
ReplyDeleteI love pretty journals too!! Your table settings are so pretty, I love the little shoes!
ReplyDeleteGM, you have such an amazing collection of items to decorate your house and make it lovely and happy! I don't really change out my decorations - no storage space. I had that same teapot you have - the one with the little tea set on its lid. I bought it for my daughter when she was little, but she ended up not really being a "tea" person at all. Just this week I donated it to the thrift store, along with other tea things. I'm in a CLEARING out kind of mood!!!
ReplyDeleteWell, you have inspired me to tidy up my space here and make it prettier, and to bake something! I am cold and damp and need to get ready for some tea-time guests tomorrow anyway. Thank you, Granny M!! XO
ReplyDeleteWhat a joy to see your colors and decorating! Very cozy and inviting!
