Monday

Here we are on the last Monday of the year. No need to wonder what I'll be doing today.

I got more than 50 pictures developed, mainly of Christmas, and I may even have time to start scrapbooking them. There are still leftovers from the 25th and 26th so supper will be very easy to put together.
What are you planning on doing today?

  1. I haven't even gone to bed on Sunday yet! It's 11:10. :-) Tomorrow I need to sew the buttons on the toddler sweater I finished and run to Walmart for a few things. Other than that, I'll be knitting mittens. Have a wonderful Monday!

  3. I have put away the rest of the wrapping paper, gift bags, have a load of clothes in the dryer, have a pot of navy beans and ham cooked, and maybe I should not admit this, but turned the dryer on for a few minutes to refresh a load of clothes that had been in it for days. I have always let underwear or towels lay a day or two, but letting clothes lay is new to me! I also cleaned the kitty litter, and took Roger to breakfast at McD's earlier. Trying to decide what to do next.

  4. I've packed up all the Christmas decorations and Poppy helped me put them back on the shelves in the shop. Also washed clothes. Our supper tonight will be leftovers too, but not from Christmas. I cooked yesterday. Love the pictures on your post today.

  5. We are watching college Bowl games for the next few days. We do enjoy football! I will make a hot dish for supper here soon and just relax. We keep our Christmas decorations up for a long time yet....love lighting everything up on these long dark evenings in the winter. Oh, did laundry today too. Hubby helps right now since I had very serious surgery 2 months ago and haven't regained my strength or stamina yet. Peace to you!

  6. Well, yes, it is Monday, so laundry got done, and some house keeping, and I made turkey soup out of our Christmas leftovers.

  8. I love the old vintage laundry day pictures. I have definitely been there and done that, when I was a girl helping my mom! I hope you have a wonderful New Year!
