Snow

This is what we woke up to today. It snowed all day yesterday and in the evening it stopped.  It must have started up again at some point because we were quite surprised by the depth of the snow when we first saw it this morning.

The snow may have created a Winter wonderland outside but in my sun room I have a little spot of Spring!!

I hope you have a pleasant weekend.

Thanks for coming by,

  2. Goodness me, you did get alot of snow. Such a pristine blanket of white.....so beautiful as long as one doesn't have to drive in it. Your spring blooms are gorgeous.

  3. The snow outside your window makes a lovely backdrop to your houseplants.

  4. It's really coming down here in MN. Night before last we had about 8 inches. I suppose it must be getting close to the last of it soon. But we've been pretty lucky here as far as snow is concerned.

  5. The flowers look beautiful against the snow! We've had quite a bit of snow the last couple of days, too. That's what we get with warmer temps! But it is pretty. ;)

  10. I'm beginning to wonder about myself. I thought for sure that I left a comment here this morning, but apparently I neglected to hit the publish button. lol

That is some snow you got! It is pretty, but I love the yellows, blues and purples of the flowers blooming in your sun room!

    1. Dianna, I remember a comment you left here and I pressed Publish; it said published but then I couldn't find it anywhere. Sometimes my computer
( or is it Blogger?) does strange things.
I remember that in your comment you mentioned my Gloxinias and I meant to reply that those are a new ( to me at least) kind of frilly Primrose.

  11. While your snowfall looks very pretty, I think I prefer your Spring windowsill right about now.

  12. What a contrast! I know you are staying warm, and I'm sure the flowers help your spirit to remain cheerful. I'm glad you don't have to go out and milk the cows or anything!

  16. I love the view in your sun room! The snow has been really just coming down here too... but happily the calendar tells us spring is around the corner, lets see if winter gets the hint, lol! Such a pretty collection of flowers you have in your sunroom, how wonderful to look out upon the snow through the sunshine of the flowers :)

  17. Look at the contrast between your sunny, warm, springy window, and the mountains of snow outside! You've done a lovely job with the plants. Wow - I can't imagine having that much snow!
