It's a rainy Monday and there's not a whole lot to blog about so I chose some pictures of my teacups. Feel free to skip them if they don't interest you. The first 3 I got last week I think it was. A dollar each at the thrift store. All the others I think I've shown at some time or other.
I hope you had a pleasant weekend and that the coming week will be a good one.

It is always a joy to see the teacups. Love the handles on the first picture, they are so unusual.
ReplyDeleteMy mom had a cup and saucer like the one in your fourth from the top photo. She grew African violets in it. I always enjoy seeing your teacup collection. Have a great week!
ReplyDeletePretty, all of them!!
ReplyDeleteYour tea cup collection is extensive and beautiful. How long have you been collecting them?
ReplyDeleteTeacups are always a pretty sight. Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteYes we did have a good weekend thanks, but I must admit teacups aren't my top interest.
ReplyDeleteWe don't have any rain now. It is very sunny, but cold wind. Wonderful blue sky.Slowly natuer needs some rain.

love the first ones.....remind me of valentine's day!
ReplyDeleteI love teacups so I never get tired of them. I see an abundance of purple/lavender cups. That makes me HaPpY since it's my favorite color. It started raining in the late afternoon here and we need it very badly. It is supposed to rain all day tomorrow. A nice time to get things done inside!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
I love seeing your teacups, even though I went back through your blog at one point to see as many of them as I could find. They are one thing I would collect if I had room.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so beautiful!
Hi, Your teacups are beautiful. I have a few but really no where to put more! Rainy here today too. Nancy

Hi G.M....good to see part of your Tea Cup Collection- certainly the artistry in their manufacture is very interesting and cleverly done. Autumn here now - warmish days and cooler nights. Regards. KEV.
ReplyDeleteThey're all so pretty. The very first picture with the heart shaped handle is precious. I would have a hard time using one, we've all gotten so used to huge, over sized mugs where you can put your whole hand through the handle that a pretty delicate teacup would be an adjustment.
ReplyDeleteThat creamer with the Pansy is just beautiful! :)
ReplyDeleteI always admire your teacups. So pretty. I have Pansy cup/saucer and a teapot to match and love it. Happy Spring....Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteI always love seeing your teacups!
ReplyDeleteYay, tea cups! I so enjoy seeing all your beautiful tea cups! I love the vase, too. The tea cup and saucer in the second photo (from top), with what looks like the yellow-green, red, and yellow flowers and gold rims/handle... does it have an details (maker, place, etc.) on the bottom of either piece? I'm just curious because it's so unusual. I really like that set. Blessings to you, GM!
ReplyDeleteHi Diana, Thanks for asking about that teacup. It was made by Royal Sutherland.
