Finished Decorating for Fall

Well, that didn't take long at all. DH got the big Rubbermaid tub up from the garage and I had it done fairly quickly.

I may change this yet. I'm not very pleased with how it looks but for now it stays.

Even the dollhouse got the usual pumpkins and basket of apples on the porch. I know the Christmas trees should be put away but so far I haven't done it. I pretend they're just plain pine trees.

About my tomato soup.....it was too salty, otherwise it was tasty. There was enough for 2 days and the second time around I added some tomato juice which helped to tone down the salt.

Also., for anyone wondering what has been happening with our rescued cat Miss Kitty has had FIVE kittens!!!

Thanks for coming by,  G.M.

  5. Oh my goodness....she had five kittens. Hope they can all find good homes. Yes I have been telling my husband we need to decorate for Fall....but he hasn't brought in any of the "boxes" yet. Yikes....before we know it....it will be almost Christmas! As I get older the Holidays seem to come faster. Or maybe I just move a lot slower???

  7. I like your fall decorations. I've been debating getting ours out but it has stayed so hot, I'm not feeling the motivation. There has not been a spare moment anyway. Life has been so busy and I'm not sure it will calm down very soon.
Five kittens! A happy and fun home for you, full of love.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

  8. If you came visiting me (what a nice idea), you would probably think that I had just decorated for fall...but, no, that's the way we live 12 months out of the year. However, I will tuck a bit of Christmas here and there when it is time. I always enjoy seeing your decorations as the seasons change. I love what you have done for fall.

  13. I think those dollhouse Christmas trees do very nicely as regular trees.
