I just wanted to pop in and wish each one of you a very merry Christmas!!
We are in the midst of an ice storm which has resulted in trees coming down, power outages, planes unable to fly and all manner of inconveniences. We are fortunate because we have no need to be anywhere so we can just stay home but so many are not so lucky. Since our grown children all live in the same town ( and there's a few 4WD pick ups in the family) I'm quite sure we'll be able to get together both on Christmas Day and also Boxing Day.
I hope where you are the weather is good and you are safe and warm. G.M.
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Granny Marigold!
ReplyDeleteI heard on the news about the snowstorm you have over there! I hope you all will be safe and best wishes for a HAPPY CHRISTMAS!
ReplyDeleteLove, Titti
Heading into mid-summer here so the weather is most definitely warm (although we have been getting more rain than usual). Today is Christmas Day and the forecast is for a very warm day and no rain. It will make all the beach-goers happy :)
ReplyDeleteWishing you and hubby and all your family a very Merry Christmas. Stay safe and warm and be happy. Hugz, Mxx
I wish you a Merry Xmas to you and your family. I saw on tv the very cold days that you are having now and I hope it will soon come back to normal.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, that sounds frightening. Stay safe indoors.
ReplyDeleteWe are having a our second storm in a week. The first on was last Saturday when we got nearly twenty inches of snow and lost power for nineteen hours. Fortunately we heat with wood and have a portable generator so we had everything but water. The water pump is directly connected to the power pole so it doesn't function when there is no power. Today is just ice, and like you, we have nowhere to go so we just hunker down and wait it out. Stay safe... and Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and your family 🥰🎄❤️☃️❄️
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas GM.
ReplyDeleteIt's cold here. Just above freezing.
Our weather is pretty awful too. Hoping we will be able to get to church tomorrow morning.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you and your family.
Stay safe and warm.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Wishes.

ReplyDeleteI always think about you and your and all in the region of the extremely weather on Christma!! We hear the cold news every day in radio and TV! Thanks goodness Kitty and her children have a home!!!!! Stay safe!!! Blessings and best greetings from Dori from the Bavarian Forest, (very warm!!)
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful Christmas! Enjoy your gatherings and stay safe!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas! I'm so glad that you are able to stay safe and warm inside your home. We went to church this morning and the childrens nativity was lovely as were the carols we sang. A perfect way to celebrate Christmas-at church.
ReplyDeleteOur weather is finally above zero for the first time in nearly a week. We had -45 to -55 windchill most of the week, so this is a nice break. It's all the way up to 4F today! It feels like Hawaii! Don't I wish? :-)
Have a wonderful day my friend.
Blessings and hugs,
Betsy
I wish you a warm and safe Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are having a wonderful Merry Christmas! We had the blast of cold, but not much snow.
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas Connie in MN
ReplyDeleteRight you are about the weather. It's been quite a challenge for many with roads being closed and flights being canceled. It was touch and go for us, though my entire family is here in town (brothers, sisters-inlaw, nieces and nephews), our daughter is 500 miles away and I breathed a sigh of relief when she made it safely here for the holidays. Hope you had a Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeletePraying that your Christmas has been a wonderful one. We are together here too, but with below zero temps. But inside all is merry and bright! God's Blessings to you and yours!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year.
ReplyDeleteYou are so blessed to have your children in the same town! My grandson had his flight canceled so he drove 20 hours to get home. He made it safe, I sure was concerned for him. Hope your Christmas was very Merry and Blessed. Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteI do pray your Christmas was good. We have been praying for so many with these ice storms and horrific snow. Happy New Year dear GM. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
