Craft Fair

It's the time of the year when craft sales flourish. Our two daughters and our granddaughter asked if we wanted to come too. It was here in town and in a lovely venue so we went and had a great time browsing. That's GD Kate on the left, me, Eldest Daughter Shannon ( she's Kate's Mom) and Himself. Otherwise identified as DH..

 Shannon, Daughter Sheila and Kate

I took pictures and as usual they're not very good ones but they give you an idea of  some of the crafts.

Seems that mushrooms are the thing now.  They're cute but not for me.

The girls bought a number of things. DH was seduced by the food items and bought Butter Tarts (they were amazing) and also Pfeffernussen cookies ( I know I'm probably not spelling it right but I'll take a picture and show you them next time).

Eldest and Youngest were over and since they're always ready to give me a hand they brought in our artificial Christmas tree and set it in the sunroom.  Just 2 weeks until Advent 💗💓💓

Thanks for visiting and leaving lovely comments

  1. How fun! I love going to craft fairs and seeing all of the beautiful handmade things. I haven't been to one yet this year. Last year I went with Mandy and Piper along with a few of their friends. It was fun to see the little girls get excited over everything. I'm sure it was special to go with your girls too.

  2. That craft sale you all went to, looked like fun! Love the pictures of your family too. A good-looking group to be sure! Won't be long and we'll be decorating for Christmas. How quickly this year has gone. Take good care.

  3. Craft fairs are fun to visit with family and friends. I went to one last weekend with one of my daughters and a granddaughter. No tree up yet, but I'm pulling out cozy things. Yes, just two weeks until Advent.

  7. I bet you are glad to have the tree inside! I enjoy going and seeing things but become so overwhelmed I cannot make a decision on what to buy.

  10. I haven't been to a craft fair in ages. I don't have room for more 'stuff' and I know if I go, I'll buy things I don't need so I stay away. You know, that's sad. I miss seeing all those crafts so I should have more discipline, don't you think!!
