This huge old Rhododendron is not far from our house but it's not the usual way we walk. This morning we made a point of doing just that.
On our way back home I took these pics....the first is of the picket fence and roses between us and the very big house next door. All the roses are hardy Rugosas including the white one below.
Thanks for popping by
Have a lovely day, GM
How well your roses are doing. I love the whiteness of them. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful landscaping!!! I love a picket fence AND roses!!
ReplyDeleteThe rhodo and the roses are both looking lovely, as is the lady standing under the rhodo :).
ReplyDeleteWow that is some huge rhododendron!! Beautiful and so are the roses along the fence.
ReplyDeleteFlowerworld around you! Incredible wonderful roses and huge old Rhododendron. I see you have really summer!
ReplyDeleteNo roses here yet, but we have buds!
ReplyDeleteOh so lovely 😍
ReplyDeleteWow....the Rhody is gorgeous and I love all the roses too. Plus all the floral beauty you have in your own yard. You are blessed!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous roses. I do miss my rose garden in Spokane. It was right under our bedroom window and when it was nice enough for the windows to be open you could smell the fragrance when you were laying in bed.
ReplyDeleteThat rhododendron is huge. It's amazing!
Blessings and love,
Betsy
So wonderful! I was wondering if rose flowers grow bigger in years of heavy rainfall? Some in my neighborhood are bigger in diameter than I have ever seen before.
ReplyDeleteLove the cottage garden style, with the roses and picket fence xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful roses! My favorite!
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend!
hugs
Donna
What a beautiful Rhododendron that is, and lovely roses too.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
We are sitting on glider, and isn't it lovely? I will use the crochet washcloth for a table runner or placemat. I thought it was to large, but there are directions for scaling it down in the pattern.
ReplyDeleteRoses are starting to bloom here. Love your garden!
ReplyDeleteWow that is a beautiful tree!
