Walking around the lake and going for groceries left me tired out this morning. Where is the energy I used to have? Gone, like a lot of these things from the past that I wonder if you remember.
I hope your weekend is going well. Let me know how many of these items from the past you remember.
Thanks for visiting, GM
Had 'em all (still have a hand egg beater).
ReplyDeleteThose are Tupperware shakers!
I remember ALL of them!!! Thank you so much for a walk down Memory Lane!
ReplyDeleteI am feeling much the same - I wear out before I get done what I want to do!
We need tp pace ourselves.......
Hope you have a good restful Sunday!
Sure remember all those!
ReplyDeleteI recall them all except the pink poodle barrettes:) I had a flip like that for a bit...hard sleeping on rollers:) I still have the beater and I still use it:)
ReplyDeleteI grew up using each thing pictured. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Linda
Nostalgia!
ReplyDeleteI remember the beater, the record-machine, the "turned-out" hair of women and "salt and pepper"!
When we get elder, we have enough done in our life, so it is normal, that we can need more rest. I don't want to be young again.
Oh my gosh....I remember them all like it was yesterday.
ReplyDeleteI remember every single one :) I guess I'm giving away my age, LOL
ReplyDeleteI remember them all, my first electric skillet was just like the one pictured. Long ago and far away. :) I don't know where energy goes as we get older, I lost mine a while back. {{giggles}} Hope you're enjoying a good weekend.
ReplyDeleteHmm...I remember all these things- including the Ice Tray- thanks for posting G.M. Best Wishes. KEV.
ReplyDeleteYep. I remember all of those things too. I finally gave up my hand held beater that belonged to my Grandma because the handle was broken and kept cutting my hand. We tried several wyas to fix it but it was unfixable. A fun walk down the streets of my childhood!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
Oh dear, must be getting old! I remember all of those and still have the egg beater and ice cube maker. Hard now to think that we used to have ashtrays dotted all around the house :)
ReplyDeleteThe beaters! Such an effort compared to the ones we use now!
ReplyDeleteI still have my ice cube tray like that and the same with the stand-up ashtray which we have beside the paper shredder - a handy place to put the staples in that we remove from papers before they get shredded! I wonder where my egg beater went? I also still have a potato ricer though I never use it. Somehow hard to part with it though I don't know why!
ReplyDeleteEllabie
Had All of them...even the hair-do! Lolol
ReplyDeleteMy mother still uses those Tupperware salt and pepper shakers. I have a rotary hand beater for the trailer.
ReplyDeleteOh, I remember all of them. I'm old. I still have an old egg beater.
ReplyDeleteOh yes I do remember many! Marty and I were just talking about those ice trays. I wish I had one just because I like it! I used to have my granny's salt and pepper shaker just like the ones you showed. Over the years they got tossed I am sure. Love this stuff! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteI remember all of these things and in fact still use an old egg beater just like the ones you posted!! Mine is red.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, memories are wonderful.
ReplyDelete#1...I still have one in my kitchen cupboard...I'll keep it as I have plenty of space - enjoy :-)
And this hairstyle was worn by my older sister... I have a new kind of waffle iron.
Greetings from Viola, I wish you a happy week.
I remember them all. It was a lovely walk down memory lane to see them again. My parents had a stereo just like that one. Seems funny now to see how huge they were.
ReplyDeleteI remember ALL of those things... probably because I'm really old! Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
ReplyDeleteI remember all those and especially the hair style!
